APHANA jewellery is made with a strong, corrosion-resistant 304L stainless-steel base and an 18K PVD gold-plated finish. Our pieces are created for repeat everyday wear and polished gold-toned styling.

PVD means Physical Vapour Deposition. The process bonds a thin gold-toned coating to the steel surface for a durable, polished finish. PVD plating is resistant to everyday wear, but it is still a plated finish and can gradually show normal signs of wear over time.

Yes. APHANA jewellery is water and sweat resistant and has a tarnish-resistant finish designed for normal everyday moisture and movement. Water-resistant does not mean waterproof, and tarnish-resistant does not mean permanently tarnish-free. Thoughtful care helps the gold-toned finish stay beautiful for longer.

APHANA does not promise protection during swimming, continuous showering or sauna use. Chlorine, salt water, prolonged moisture and high heat can shorten the life of a plated finish. If your jewellery is accidentally exposed to salt or chlorine, rinse it with fresh water and dry it thoroughly.

Yes. APHANA jewellery is described by our manufacturing partner as hypoallergenic and nickel-free and is selected with sensitive skin in mind. Individual sensitivities can still vary. If you have a diagnosed metal allergy or experience irritation, stop wearing the jewellery and seek appropriate medical advice.

After wearing, gently wipe your jewellery with a clean, soft and dry cloth. Store pieces separately in a dry place to reduce scratching. Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, strong lotions, household chemicals, cleaning products and abrasive cleaners. Do not wear it while swimming or using a sauna.

The 45-Day Wear Promise covers unusual colour fading or tarnishing that appears within 45 days of delivery during normal everyday wear. Contact us at aphana60@gmail.com with your order number, a short description and clear photographs. Once reviewed, eligible claims will receive a replacement or store credit.

This additional promise does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights.

The promise does not cover loss, accidental damage, breakage caused by force, scratches, misuse, incorrect storage, normal signs of wear, or damage caused by swimming, continuous showering, sauna use, perfume, strong chemicals or cleaning products. Proof of purchase is required, and each claim is reviewed individually.

APHANA is an independent jewellery brand founded and developed in Helsinki, Finland, by fashion designer and stylist Asmita Pokhrel. Creative direction, styling, imagery and order preparation take place in Helsinki. Our jewellery is produced by specialist manufacturing partners, and original APHANA designs are planned for future collections.

Measurements and available sizes are shown on each product page. Compare them with a piece you already own or measure yourself before ordering. If you are unsure, email us and we will help you choose.

We ship within Finland and to selected international destinations. Within Finland, standard shipping is €5.90 (3–5 business days), express shipping is €7.90 (1–3 business days), and shipping is free on orders of €49 or more (2–3 business days). International shipping is €18; the available estimate is shown at checkout.

You may notify us of a return within 30 days after delivery. You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop, but you can be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. Contact us before returning anything and read the complete Refund Policy for instructions.
